TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings

1. If you would like to examine a detailed itinerary specifying land price and list of inclusions for a particular package prior to booking your trip, we will be happy to mail or fax you a copy.
2. Each participant in a group must submit a completed booking form and a deposit of $500 per person. The balance of your land price is due 60 days prior to departure.
3. Payments submitted less than 35 days prior to departure must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order.
4. If a payment installment is not paid when due, Africa Exotic Safaris reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Deposit is non-refundable
2. All tours cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure, $300 per person cancellation fee per tour or extension; 59-30days, 20% of tour price; 29-15 days, 30% of tour price; 14 days or less, and 100% of tour price.
3. Please note that certain properties have there own cancellation policies.
4. No partial refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, sightseeing or other services for any reason.

Canceled Trips

1. Africa Exotic Safaris, reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatever, including insufficient group sign-up or logistical problems (e.g., acts of God, war, strikes, natural calamities, etc.), currency fluctuation beyond our control, price increase from lodges/hotel etc. The refund of all payments received shall release Africa Exotic Safaris, from any further liability.
2. Africa Exotic Safaris is not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the trip.

Insurance

1. We strongly recommend that all participants obtain short-term travel insurance covering trip cancellation & interruption.
2. Africa Exotic Safari assumes no liability regarding lost baggage or provision of medical care.

Covered Expenses
Accommodations and Food as indicated in each itinerary, based on either twin-bedded rooms or double bed rooms (or tents where applicable).
Africa Exotic Safaris reserves the right to substitute hotels and other accommodation for those mentioned in detailed itineraries when necessary.
Arrival and departure transfers and all other land transport.
Land prices do not include international airfare, passport and visa fees, immunizations, trip cancellation & interruption insurance, excess baggage charges or other items of a personal nature.

Limitation Liability 
Africa Exotic Safaris, acts only as an agent for the individual tour member, and while we endeavor to make travel arrangements with reputable suppliers, Africa Exotic Safaris, shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, bodily injury or death to person or damage to property occasioned through negligence or default of any company or individual engaged in providing these arranged services.
